“Only spread a fern-frond over a man’s head and worldly cares are cast out, and freedom and beauty and peace come in.”
John Muir
The inspiration for this wedding shoot was simple, sleek elegance juxtaposed with living, botanical beauty. Our aim was to create inspiration for the couple that wants something different from soft pastels. The result is ultra feminine, yet still sophisticated. We turned our attention to nature’s lush and beautiful creations: ferns, succulents, tillandsias, and the giant Gum tree. We were also inspired by the love and happiness shared by our models, real life husband and wife Sonny and Khristine, as they spent the afternoon walking the gorgeous grounds of the 90 year old Boyce Thompson Arboretum.
