How it works
Build your own shopping cart with the specific quantities you need within one of the color palettes. All orders must be placed no later than 3 weeks prior to the wedding/ event date. Once your order has been placed, we will be in touch with you via email to confirm details and you’ll be able to check the florals off your to do list!
At checkout, you will have the choice to pick up the flowers or have them delivered to the venue of your choice. You may pick up the flowers at our Tempe shop at no additional cost. We recommend picking up the day of your wedding/event to ensure the freshest blooms possible. The pickup time window will be scheduled 2 weeks out. We deliver to Tempe, Chandler, Mesa, Scottsdale and Phoenix. Delivery fees range from $50-$150 depending on the location (based on exact mileage).
All deliveries include one location drop-off service only. Additional locations will incur additional fees. If you choose to have your flowers delivered, we will contact you once your order has been placed to confirm a delivery address and time.
Once the delivery has been scheduled, you will be charged an appropriate delivery fee. We do not ship or deliver wedding flowers outside of the Phoenix metro at this time.
If you need to cancel for whatever reason, you may do so 30 days prior to your event. All refunds will be subject to a 25% administrative fee. No refunds will be given once the 30 day deadline has passed.
We've selected these options based on color, design and popularity. To keep the ordering process simple and affordable, we do not offer any customizations/ modifications to these arrangements. If you are looking for larger scale, custom floral design - check out our Custom Floral Design option starting at $4000.
Sarah’s Garden is not responsible for the unpacking
or setting up of any A La Carte wedding floral.
We advise you to choose a couple of people that aren’t also part of the wedding party, etc.. .It’s also not the venue or wedding coordinator/ planner’s responsibility unless you have a special agreement with them that they will be setting it up for you.
Because florals are a perishable product and
are subject to seasonal availability,
Sarah’s Garden reserves the right to make floral substitutions as necessary. Please understand that we are working with a natural product that is affected by weather conditions and availability. The photos shown are a version of how the arrangements will look in size and the basic blooms but know that your florals will possibly have a slightly different look depending on availability and the designers interpretation.
Sarah’s Garden is not responsible for the condition
of the flowers after they are delivered.
We take great care to make sure the blooms are at their freshest before they leave our studio. We include care instructions with each order to help our clients keep the arrangements fresh and lovely.
