We have chosen the specific blooms shown to give you a lush and full product while still providing a great value. To keep the integrity of the design, we don’t offer substitutions. We do offer full service custom wedding design starting at $5000. Inquire here if you already know that you want very specific blooms and a lot of them in your wedding floral. Keep in mind, depending on what time of year your wedding is and availability, there is a chance there may be some variation from the photo in the shop.
Again to keep delivery and labor costs down, we don’t offer custom installation with the online shop. All of products are designed is for easy setup and tear down.You always have the option to add on more arch sprays or aisle ground arrangements. They are impactful and can be repurposed from the ceremony to the reception.
You pay in full at the time of ordering but in the case of a cancellation, you email us notification within at least 3 weeks of the wedding or event receive a refund minus a 25% administration fee.
With the Online Shop, we recommend placing your order around three weeks prior since you’ll have a pretty set number of guests, etc. by then. If you ordered before the 3 weeks and you may not need a couple of centerpieces you had anticipated, maybe a bridesmaid or grandparent won’t be able to attend, we will take those items off and issue a refund for them as long as it’s over 3 weeks away from the wedding.
YES! All of the flowers and containers are yours to keep. We recommend designating someone to pack them up that has a large enough vehicle. It’s also a nice gesture to give them away to your guests to continue to enjoy!
